A workshop to give you the courage to get creative with expressive visual journalling! Turn the ordinary into extraordinary with Heidi Hunter, sponsored by Gayle's Studio 410. You bring a sketchbook, your favourite portable art supplies, favourite pen, and a sense of play! We’ll provide the creative courage and refreshments.
Heidi Hunter, an artist, coach and creative flow practitioner. Runs with Scissors Studio is her "oasis of colour down a dustry gravel road". She loves to play with words and image, and has a long-term love affair with the creative process.

Artists of the Lake Present:
Waterworld!
Artists of the Lake, a loosely knit group of artists, is planning a big splash at the Lakeview Gimli Resort! Workshops, demonstrations, and a tidal wave of artists interpreting the theme Water World with their wide range of media.
I will have works in the show and will be doing workshops on watercolours and more!
Special events are planned for Nuit Blanche on Saturday, September 28. Evening activities, events and fundraising for the health of Lake Winnipeg will be at several venues in Gimli.

The WAVE Open Studio Tour will also have 18 other artists for you to meet along the way--from St. Andrews along Highways 8 & 9, through the beaches area, to Gimli! Grab friends, have lunch, and experience our creative spaces.
